About PRX Projects
PRX Projects is a renovation and building contractor based in Pretoria. We manage bathrooms, kitchens, full-home renovations, extensions and building work in Pretoria East, Centurion and surrounding areas, and we also take on office and small commercial refurbishments.
One team. Clear scope. Managed from start to finish. Most renovation problems come from unclear scope and trades working out of order, so we put the scope in writing, quote it item by item and coordinate the trades ourselves.
How we work
Hands-on project management
Someone from our team is responsible for your project from start to finish and is on site to see it through.
Skilled trade coordination
Plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters and carpenters are lined up in the right order, so work does not stall.
Clear scopes and communication
You get an itemised quote and straight answers about what is included and what could change the price.
Our process
- 1. Site visit. We come to you, look at the space and listen to what you want done.
- 2. Scope and itemised quote. You receive a written scope and an itemised quote, so you can see what is included.
- 3. Schedule and build. We agree a schedule and coordinate the trades in the right order while you stay informed.
- 4. Final inspection and handover. We check the finished work with you, fix any snags and hand the project over.
